JEREMY ROSS Founder of Afect in 1985 and Director. Graduate of the London Film School. Photographer and 'found-object' sculptor. Discovered a gap in film teaching while running a rudimentary 16mm class for ILEA. Taught for a year at the London International Film School. MICHAEL JOHNS (Feature)film editor and a governor of the Guild of British Film Editors. Main tutor at Afect, in charge of all technical matters. Has been with Afect since 1993. He is committed to the dissemination of the skills and disciplines of the cineguilds, now lost to many who do not learn them.
